La Quinta Hotel Washington
What areas of downtown Indianapolis are the safest?
Also which area of downtown Indianapolis has the best nightlife (age 21-30)? Me and my friends are staying for a few nights and know nothing about the area.
The hotel i was looking at is La Quinta at 401 East Washington Street, but want to make sure my car will be safe
Also looking at Comfort Inn at 3514 South Keystone Ave…
East Washington and Keystone aren’t the BEST areas, but your car *should* be fine. They’re probably cheaper, right? If that’s what your #1 priority is, then it should be ok. Generally speaking though, the east side is the least safe. Again, this is general…crimes can happen anywhere and I have a good friend who lives on the east side. The north side will be more expensive and have lots more traffic. The south side is alright…can get kinda trashy in places. The west side if my fave. It’s where I’ve lived for 33 years. Of course, it has its sketchy areas too, like anywhere.
For nightlife, check out the Cadillac Ranch. It’s a huge club with half country (they have a mechanical bull you can ride!) and half rock/hip hop/rap type. Getting into one, you automatically get into the other, they’re connected. They also serve food at the Cadillac Ranch that’s decent. It’s my personal favorite club in Indy right now.
There’s also Tiki Bob’s and Have a Nice Day Cafe…I think on Meridian. I used to go there a lot. They seem to get more of the college-age party crowd. Solely a bar and dance club.
If you’re not so into dancing, but just want to hang out at cool bars, there’s lots of those. Mass Ave. is a cool, artsy street. The Ball & Biscuit is there, it’s a cool bar with a chic atmosphere. Scotty’s, The Slippery Noodle, The Claddagh….a few that come to mind. The Ram is also cool, it’s smoke-free and has been for years.
La Quinta Winter Formal Nominee Assembly 2007 (1 of 2)

Finding a good inexpensive La Quinta Hotel Washington should not be a gamble. The best way to find a good La Quinta Hotel Washington is to go to a place you have been before, but assuming that is not an option the next best thing is from someone who has been there.
